Cancellation policy


At Reliable Hospitality, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure transparency, we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:


1. Standard Cancellations

·      Full Refund: Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time.

·      Partial Refund: Guests will receive a 50% refund if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time.

·      No Refund: In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued.


2. Modification of Reservations


·      Guests may request to modify booking dates subject to availability.

·      If modifications are requested less than 24 hours before check-in, they will be treated as a cancellation and refund rules will apply accordingly.



3. Refund Processing


·      Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment.

·      Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the guest or the property (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), we will make every effort to provide a flexible solution, including rescheduling or partial refunds, at our discretion.
